Mental Health Resources

At Oak Haven, we are dedicated to resourcing individuals and communities about the importance of taking care of one's mental health and providing opportunities to get help. And we want to join in the continued conversation surrounding mental health and offer godly resources to help those in our church family and beyond. Our Oak Haven Staff has put together a resource list for you filled with books, blogs written by staff and counselors, and podcasts centering around mental health conversations. Feel free to share these resources with anyone in your life who is experiencing fear, depression, anxiety, loneliness, difficulty in their marriages or relationships, or who is posing a danger to themselves or others. You do not have to walk this path alone.
